11/11/2024 Covenant Final Draft and Voting Update
Voting for the new covenants is due by 5:00 PM on Friday, November 22, 2024. If you have not received a ballot you can download the document here. You can send the ballot via email to egilbert@altitude.law or send directly to Altitude Law at the address included in the ballot. If you would like a voting packet printed and dropped off to you, please send an email to board@h460.org and we will get you a copy ASAP. To see the final covenants draft including an overview of changes go to the Covenants Review Page.
In order for the new covenants document to pass, 579 (2/3 H460 homes) must vote yes. As of 11/8 208 homes have voted yes and 49 have voted no. If we do not get enough votes to move forward, we will need to go back to the drawing board, make updates, and re-print and send the voting package out to the neighborhood which will add additional cost to this effort. Anything you can do to help get the word out is greatly appreciated. If you can, please talk to your neighbors and ask them if they have returned their ballot.
Thanks,
H460 Board

THE HIGHLANDS 460
The Highlands 460 (H460) neighborhood is located south of Denver, Colorado in the City of Centennial. The community includes 5 filings totaling nearly 900 homes built between the late 1970’s and mid 1990’s.
H460 is a kid-friendly neighborhood that attracts active families interested in the Littleton Public School District and living the Colorado lifestyle. South Suburban Parks & Recreation (SSPR) provides the area with a variety of recreation opportunities both indoors and outdoors. Our community is situated adjacent to the coveted Arapaho Park which boasts multiple playing fields, a state of the art playground and newly refinished tennis courts. Residents are a short walk from this park and have direct access to the High Line Canal Trail, a popular stretch of path through Denver's southside suburbs, winding for 71 miles between Aurora and Roxborough State Park.
In this active and connected community, neighbors get to know each other by going to the park, participating in activities such as playgroup, the 4th July parade and celebration, the annual community picnic, other social gatherings, and volunteering and engaging with our Civic Association. If your new to the H460, be sure to join the Facebook Group and connect on Nextdoor to stay informed and connected.
H460 is a short drive from shopping at The Streets of SouthGlenn, the regionally acclaimed Park Meadows Mall, and the famous IKEA. South Suburban Golf Course is accessible via the walking trail and the Dry Creek light rail station is close by.
Convenient access to major highways I-25 and C-470 makes getting to downtown, the Denver International Airport and the mountains, easy.
